        We have a innovative,serious and dynamic young management team which are institued with all levels of talents including PDH and post graduates from overseas studies,and 60% of company stuff are technicians and many of them are bio-tech and fermentational professions.At present we have a 200 square meters Lab with full set of testing and analysis instruments which are capable of doing various strict reactions.There are 6 sets of steel reactor from 30L to 200L and enlarging instruments which are able to achieve a complete production chain from gram to ton so that new technology could be turned into production force quickly.Currently we have planned Jiangsu provincial grade Wujiang Technology incubator to build a lab platform.
